I’m Dr. Stacy, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Doctor of Social Work (DSW), and the founder of Endeavor Mental Health. My work is rooted in trauma-informed care, with a clinical focus on unaddressed childhood trauma, intimate partner violence, and self-identity concerns. I specialize in helping clients identify the emotional patterns shaped by past experiences, rebuild self-trust, and develop the tools necessary to create lasting personal and relational change.

I began my career at the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, where I spent 12 years serving and advocating for children and families navigating complex trauma and systemic barriers. During that time, I earned both my Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Social Work from the University of Southern California, with a concentration in ensuring the healthy development of youth. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Classical Vocal Performance from The Ohio State University, a background that supports my integrative approach to emotional expression, identity development, and healing.

In addition to clinical practice, I am the author of The Quiet Part Out Loud: Truth-Telling to Breach the Other Side of Fear, a workbook series designed to guide individuals through the process of reclaiming their personal story, strengthening emotional resilience, and learning the transformative practice of Authentic Truth-Telling. I also developed a personal development course for middle and high school students that supports self-discovery, emotional growth, and future planning. Through my work, I integrate evidence-based modalities with creative and expressive interventions that help clients access healing in ways that are both structured and deeply empowering.
