Sessions are trauma-informed and rooted in evidence-based approaches, helping clients strengthen self-awareness, build healthier coping strategies, improve relationships, and develop emotional stability. The work is guided by Authentic Truth-Telling—supporting clients in reclaiming their voice, rebuilding self-trust, and creating lasting change.
Group Therapy
Group therapy offers a powerful opportunity for healing through connection, shared experiences, and guided clinical support. Endeavor’s groups are designed to reduce isolation, build emotional insight, and strengthen interpersonal skills in a safe, structured environment. Participants are encouraged to practice Authentic Truth-Telling through reflection, communication, and accountability, while developing tools for emotional regulation, boundaries, and personal growth.
Personal & Professional Development
Endeavor provides personal and professional development services designed to support growth, clarity, and purpose. These offerings include workshops, courses, and structured programs focused on identity development, emotional resilience, confidence-building, communication, and goal achievement. Whether the work is personal or career-focused, clients are guided through a truth-centered process that strengthens self-awareness, decision-making, and personal leadership.

Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision at Endeavor is designed to support developing clinicians in strengthening clinical confidence, ethical decision-making, documentation, and treatment planning. Supervision is grounded in trauma-informed practice and emphasizes professional identity, clinical skill-building, and long-term sustainability in the field. Clinicians are supported through structured guidance, reflective practice, and the development of a supervision experience that is both supportive and growth-focused.
Pricing:
Individual Supervision: $150 per 60 min. session.
Group Supervision: $60 per 90 min. session
Supervision Package: $575/month
Includes:
(2) Individual sessions (60 min each)
(1) Group session (90 min)
Brief email support for urgent clinical questions (limited)
